General Terms and Conditions

 

1. Booking and queries
1.1. Please book online at http://bulgariastudytour.com

2. Confirmation
2.1. Booking confirmation will be sent to you for all on-line bookings.  If you have not received an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours of making your on-line booking, please, contact our team at: info@bulgariastudytour.com or call us: +359 885 498 156.

 3. Costs
3.1. Each participant will pay a package price for the chosen tour. All tours are to be found in the EVENTS and ITINERARY sections. This charge per person covers transfers from and to the airport, five nights in single room accommodation in 4* hotels, depending on the tour, full-day meals and receptions, factory and company visits, transportation and tour guides.
3.2. Double room accommodation is for family or same company members. In this case delegates will be able to share a double room in all hotels throughout the entire journey.
3.3. Bulgaria Professional Study Tour (BST) is not responsible for booking flights to and from Sofia, Bulgaria, as this is responsibility of each individual delegate.
3.4. We reserve the right to modify any of the contents of this site, including itinerary and prices, at any time, without prior notice.

4. Payment terms and conditions
4.1. BPST is limited to minimum 10 and maximum 45 participants.
4.2. Registration for the tour is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
4.3. Full payment must be made at the time of booking. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer to the specified BST bank account.

4.4. Delegates will be registered for the tour only once full payment has been received. Requests for invoices will be processed only with a valid on-line purchase.

4.5. We reserve the right to refuse any booking. In the event that we make a change or cancel an order, we will notify the party by e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time when booking was made.

5. Cancellation policy
5.1. Before the 28th of February – 80% refund (20% discretionary administration fee applicable covering the reservation costs for all pre-booked activities throughout the entire Tour).
5.2. After February 28th of the year when the tour will take place – No refund (transfer to another individual only).
5.3. Participants are responsible for their visa approval and valid entry visa possession (if needed). Visa rejection cannot be used as a cancellation reason.
5.4. If a participant cannot attend the event, he/she can transfer the place until May 1st to the name of another person (based on approval by BPST). In this case a full refund of tour fees will be made, only after validation of transfer. Please, note an additional charge may be applied if the new participant is not entitled to the same rate.
5.5. BPST accepts no liability if an event is cancelled or postponed for reasons beyond our reasonable control (force majeure) resulting from an act of God, governmental regulation, fire, war, terrorist activity, civil commotion or other. We strongly advise delegates to take out travel insurance in case of cancelation, force majeure events, risk of not being able to participate because of sickness or for any other reason.
5.6. In the unlikely event that not enough participants register for this Study Tour, BPST reserves the right to cancel the event by February 28th, in which case a full refund of tour fees will be made.
5.7. BPST reserves the right to change the hotels/restaurants or any other aspect of the Tour, without notification or reason should the need arise.
5.8. Delegates can submit their refund requests with detailed explanation directly to BPST by e-mail (see “contact us” section on the web page). Requests will be answered and processed promptly. If a reply is not received within two business days, delegates need to contact the office by phone.

6. Data protection and privacy
6.1. We will treat your personal information in accordance with data protection legislation. We will use your information only for administration and communication purposes. To do this we may share your information with our business partners associated with the BPST. A list of all delegates will be circulated at the event.
6.2. Tour documentation will be issued by arrival on the day of the event. This documentation is made available only to those attending the event. Tour papers and delegate packs are provided for the sole use of the delegate and may not be reproduced whether in whole or part, shared or distributed by any method whatsoever without prior permission of the copyright owner. External speakers alone are responsible for the content of their respective lectures. It is the policy of BPST to give the fullest freedom to contributors/speakers to express their opinions. The opinions expressed by the speakers do not necessarily represent the views of BPST. BPST speakers will make every effort to ensure the validity and accuracy of the information they provide.

7. Filming and sound recording
7.1. BPST reserves the right to film, record or photograph the entire tour and any of the speakers at the event and use the materials for post-event purposes. Participants are advised that this may result in inclusion of delegates within the recordings or photos.

8. Content

9. General Data Protection
9.1. By booking a tour with BPST participants agree „Enio Bonchev Production“ Ltd., UIC (EIK) 131240076, to store and process their personal data, as required by the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which delegates provide related to participation in the company’s organised tourist events.

Participants are acquainted with:
– the purpose and means of the processing of their personal data;
– the voluntary nature of the provision of the data;
– the right of access and the correction of the collected data.

9.2. By this declaration, participants declare an agreement to store and process their personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
